Spectacular views, kind people, tasty breakfast…we really enjoyed our day here

The view was amazing, the breakfast options were excellent and the staff very helpful. We used all the facilities there and we were very happy overall.

“False advertising: no balcony in the room.”

Reservation in booking said the room had a balcony. Aware that it was last minute for new years eve, for 212euros/night I think we should have been advised there was no balcony in our room.

The location is perfect - just outside the village. Ultra dog friendly. A great little wooded area for that early morning dog walk before breakfast.

Excellent hotel,great staff,great restaurant,very clean with great views from the rooms terrace.

The hotel was fantastic and exceeded our expectations. The staff were so friendly, and so helpful with any questions we had about the area as it was our first time visiting Andorra. The food was delicious, we loved the breakfast buffet which had a huge range of foods, and we ate dinner here twice which was also delicious. The hotel amenities and decorations for Christmas were fantastic, we had such a cosy stay here. The hotel was located perfectly for the activities we had booked and the bus stopping right outside was a huge bonus.

Perfect views, comfy, very beautiful, great breakfast and restaurant for dinner. It's a wonderful and very enjoyable place.

Everything - great hotel in beautiful location. We absolutely loved the suite, so spacious and comfortable with real luxurious touches and a brilliant balcony with a perfect view. We also enjoyed the restaurant - great service, good choice of dinner options, and a plentiful breakfast

“An excellent hotel with wonderful views”

Excellent room with balcony with fantastic views of the mountains. Staff were wonderful, helpful and welcoming. Meals in the restaurant were good with a good breakfast each morning.

Lovely atmosphere with a very friendly and helpful team, especially in the restaurant and bar - we really enjoyed the breakfasts and dinners we had there, offering a good choice and the food was very good and reasonably priced. As a family, we wanted somewhere slightly out of the town to use a base for hiking and visiting different areas and it was perfect. We managed to walk down to Ordino a few times via a path that joins the Coll walking route. Stunning views back over Ordino and La Massana from the bar balcony and the restaurant, an amazing place to eat and have a drink from. Our room was well presented and also had a good sized balcony where we could sit and see Pic de Casamanya and a few other close mountains, giving us a beautiful view to wake up to. Hotel has a very traditional lodge style which we really liked - some of the old features and fittings give it a bit of extra character too! Having the pool (a touch chilly but also with an incredible view), as well as the playground and other facilities was great for us too.
