View from the balcony was out of this world. It was a real bonus to have an indoor parking space given all the snow.

Really nice hotel. The bedrooms were comfortable and very prettily presented. Lovely, spacious communal areas; and great to be able to park and store our ski gear.

Very cozy staying at 1850 m above sea level. We didn't know the Orcières before, yet it was the best choice ever. The city is very well equipped with restaurants, a swimming pool, and other amenities. The room was spacious and very cozy. The toilet was nice and we even had a nice veranda with a view on the Alps. Nice opportunity to have a buffet breakfast for 12€ each.

Everything was very well organised at this hotel. The breakfast was very good value at only €12 pp. There was everything necessary for a perfect set up to the day. There is a covered parking under the hotel that is free ! With a lift from the garage to the first floor & again another lift to the remaining 2 levels of the hotel. We had 2 rooms in Les catrems. This is where the reception & breakfast room are. Staff were all friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and warm and very cosy with wonderful views on the mountains. Ski hire shops / supermarkets / restaurants / bars are all very close to the hotel. The ski slopes are only 5 minutes walk. The reception organised our ski lift passes for the duration of our stay. They recommended Skimium for the ski hire & I can’t recommend them enough - friendly super helpful and cost a lot less than competitors. The guests were all very respectful and the hotel well isolated and calm. Our rooms were on each side of floor 3 and we didn’t hear any noise at all. We will definitely return with pleasure to this hotel and also to Orcieres Merlette were people are all so welcoming and wonderfully friendly. We ate really well and served perfectly in each and every restaurant in this resort. The food was delicious and also big portions. This really was a wonderful holiday for our family and daughters ages 10 and 12 years old.

The stuff was extremely helpful. Already at the arrival they made sure we felt welcomed. We had problems with our car and had to wait someone to get us. The made sure that we have everything we need and that really took some of the stress away.

Beautiful wooden boutique chalet hotel. Excellent service and good communication. Flexible checkin time. Good breakfast. I really like the decoration of the hotel you can feel the owner decorated every corner with love and nice taste.

Lovely hotel 2 mins out of the station in a calm area. Breakfast with a view of the mountains. The owners were very kind and advised us where to hire our skis. (In a shop where you can leave the skis etc over night, and don’t have to carry them back to the hotel!)
