Rita is the perect hostess - she met us at check in and ensured we were happy, and also served breakfast each morning. There is parking on the outer road of Orbetello and you can get a parking permit when you check in so you only need to pay for 30mins whilst you find Il Gabbiano, ask for permit and then go back to dispay it in your car. We had a generously sized room with a lovely shower room. The main square is 30 seconds from the front door, and there are lots of great restaurants and bars to choose from once you have completed your evening's passegiatta!

“A peaceful and perfectly located stay with great amenities, wonderful hospitality, and everything I needed within walkin”
I absolutely loved my stay! The property was spotless and a great size – really comfortable and spacious. The shower had amazing water pressure, which is always a bonus! The location was perfect – tucked away in a peaceful area but surrounded by beautiful restaurants and bars. It was just a short walk to the beach and had great transport links, making it easy to get around. The host was wonderful and made me feel so welcome. The breakfast in the morning was delicious – such a lovely touch. Overall, it was a calm, relaxing place to stay and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with everything close by. I wanted to extend my stay I loved it that much but was fully booked!

“Perfect 2 days in Orbetello!”
The room and the apartment were freshly renovated. everything was very modern but also cozy and the love for details came through everywhere. We loved everything about it.
