Overview
Located on a quiet, tree-lined street, The Sampson - Orange is a self-contained Californian bungalow set in the dress circle of Orange. Local shops, restaurants and cafes are all within a 5-minute walk. On-street parking for 2 cars is provided. Renovated in January 2017, the 1920s-style 2-bedroom house features a fully renovated kitchen, a combined lounge/dining area and a brand-new bathroom. There is a large 55-inch flat-screen TV with complimentary cable channels and Netflix access. Luxurious bath sheets and 1000-count linen are provided. Seating 4 people plus guests, you can relax in the large alfresco dining area overlooking the garden. The NSW Central West is renowned for its agriculture, viticulture, horticulture and there are many vineyards in the nearby region. Sydney is 250 km from the property.

“A very comfy stay and really well located among heritage homes.”
All the thoughtful touches. It was very well appointed and my friend loved the ease of working the TV. We enjoyed the shade in the backyard and outdoor settings for breakfast and coffee breaks. The neighbourhood is lovely for walks and close to Cook Park. The house was clean and decorated with a lot of character. The hosts sent regular reassuring messages and provided great info to plan the stay once we booked.

Very cosy, felt like home. Lots of thoughtful touches- tea, coffee, biscuits. Central heating, heated towel rails and bathroom flooring. Electric blankets, very well apportioned. Great communication and lots of tips from hosts on what to do in Orange.
