Property is well maintained and clean. It is located a short drive or even a walk to town. Beds are comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed. All in all everything is there to insure a pleasant stay.

The cottage was charming and had been very nicely modernised. We had a very comfortable stay and all the facilities were good quality with everything we needed. The property was a good size for our group of 4 and we enjoyed sitting on the back deck beside a shady tree.

It was a lovely old historic home with beautiful features. Very tasteful decor and immaculate. Just a short drive to the main strip. We felt very much at home and will stay again in our next visit to the wonderful Orange.

Lovely three bedroom with very comfortable queen beds in each room. Main bedroom with ensuite and laundry. Seating on the back deck which due to the rain we didn’t use, however the lounge room and kitchen was big enough for 6 adults including enough pots and pan to cook a meal. Coffee pod machine in the kitchen was appreciated although cafes nearby.

All 3 bedrooms were quite big and beautifully decorated as was the rest of the house. We were able to walk to a few restaurants nearby which is handy.
