This is a great get away spot out the way but yet still centre to get all around the island I would like to thank the staff and owner who are very lovely people wonderfully kept ground fruit blossoming all around mango's and all exoctic fruit just growing right there on the ground and the lovely owner allow you to pick an taste these delightful fruits that grow right there wow! What a great representation of Jamaica wonderful experience I would recommend this place to everyone wonderful is how I would sum it up

Ivy is very pleasant, very accessible and was knowledgeable about the area. She provided very detailed directions which was very helpful.

Spacious and quiet

At Green's Palace there are several apartments, and the kitchen and living room are shared with the other guests. We were the only ones there, so we had everything to ourselves. Everything is very neat and clean, and you can sit in the garden. The housekeeper lives across from the building and is friendly and helpful. There are restaurants nearby, although they are not of the highest quality. For shops, you need to drive a bit further. The host has lived in Germany and speaks fluent German. This way, we were also able to ask a few more questions about Jamaica. :-)

A good looking house in a very safe neighborhood, all the locals were friendly. Was warmly greeted by our host Ivy and housekeeper Beverly. The large room with en-suite was spotlessly clean and tidy, plus the additional communal lounge-diner is a great extra. Ivy was amazingly helpful and informative, pointed us in the right direction for restaurants, bars, beaches and things to do. I would absolutely recommend this place and intend staying again. Beautiful house kept in immaculate condition. Lovely room with a huge, comfortable bed, excellent bathroom and air conditioning. The booking includes use of a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a lounge area. In short, a complete house. Ivy and Thomas are lovely hosts. Friendly and welcoming, they made our stay very special. In our travel around Jamaica, this is by far the nicest place in which we stayed. It is a little difficult to locate as Google maps uses the incorrect street name. We have marked the property accurately on Organic Maps. We have suggested to Ivy that they place a couple of signs to assist guests. Also, be aware that the kitchen is fully equipped and as the property is a little out of the way, you may want to shop before arriving and prepare meals at home rather than eating out. Highly recommended.

My booking was incredibly easy after deciding 24 hrs previously that I needed new accommodation. I was greeted by Ivy who was very kind and saw me into my room which had it's own private entrance, comfortable large bed, much needed air conditioning and mosquito net with an ensuite bathroom. The area was quiet but near the main road which had small local bars and restaurants. The house had a beautiful large open plan fully furnished front room and kitchen and an extra toilet. My toilet wasn't flushing properly and was fixed immediately. There is a wonderful housekeeper Ms Bev who was available when Ivy went away for a few days. I couldn't have been happier with my stay and hope to come back again.

It was super clean, had fans and AC and felt really safe. Very spacious and homely inside :) Safe parking was provided aswell as kitchen facilities. The beds were huge and comfy.

By far the best place I've stayed on the whole trip. Excepcional service and clean and perfect room. The host and her family was so friendly and welcoming that I thought I was part of the family. The father, sister and husbands were the nicest people you can imagine. They even invited me to a family/neighborhood dinner and had the real Jamaican vibe! The location couldn't be better. 1min walking to the main road and 1min walking to the ocean with a stunning view! And all that for the best price! If you're not sure about to book here, I promise you'll never regret if you do so.
