The house was cold when we arrived late at night. (15-16 degrees) The communication how to find the right apartment was bad. Specially late at niht in dark.

The previous guest hasn't cleaned this property, and left lots of rubbish or leftover. The blankets and old towels littered around. Once we reported to the owner, he offered full refund with the request of us to do the cleaning at departure.
