“Management needs a higher level of customer service training.”
Staff and management was rather rude and my concerns about my reservation fell on deaf ears. I received no assistance. The customer service at this location leaves a lot to be desired.

They eventually resolved check in issue, miscommunication over identifying who reservations belong to as similar named do exist.

Air conditioning was out requested to be moved they tried to give me two separe rooms for my kids but not connecting rooms. I declined stayed 83 degres in room.

“Will not be back”
The gentleman that checked us in. Totally rude, very disappointed. We've stayed here many, many times in the past. Hotel lobby smelled like marijuana. Last visit
