“disappointing”
The front desk staff had a very bad attitude. Even though there were still available rooms, they refused to change my room after I asked to pay for an upgrade. Later, when I requested an extra blanket and pillow, they were completely perfunctory and refused to provide them. It was extremely frustrating, and as an IHG chain hotel, such service is truly disappointing.

“Short, pleasant, and convenient”
Quiet, clean, located near the airport. The staff helped us with transportation suggestions for returning to the hotel after taking our rental car to the airport the evening before we flew out. The shuttle runs only in the morning so she gave us the number to use for a taxi. The shuttle service in the morning was great!

“Room was smaller than last time, but still worked. Decent stay aside from nitpicks in various areas”
The thermostat worked well, so the room became ice cold, which we liked. And if I got too cold, the blankets and covers provided kept me very warm.
