“The hotel was amazing but the service was poor”

The room was very spacious and clean! Great selection of outdoor seating etc.

The hot tub and bath salts were lovely, and the staff were helpful. Most importantly we had specific dietary requirements (halal and gluten free) and the breakfast team accommodated this very generously after detailed discussions in advance of our arrival (contact them and explain your needs). The kitchen made up special plates for us each morning that were different each day, very tasty and filling. The room was huge and very clean, and there was a lovely view over the ocean with a great sunset view. The brown sugar lattes from the machine in the lobby in the evenings were also very nice, as was the butterfly pea tea provided in the rooms. Free parking

Amazing hotel, the jacuzzi on the balcony is worth staying here alone, after a day out it’s just the best, we will miss aquasense. Super spacious rooms, great location for a car. We felt totally recharged after travelling mainland Japan

Great views from the balcony. Good location. Very clean and spacious. The amenities in the room are good. The layout of the room is good. The pools are beautiful looking down from balcony. Live Jazz each night is great. Complementary bath salt and complementary soft drinks and coffee (specified time)

“ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!”

The private bath on the terrace was amazing and fit two adults. The view over the pool area and out to the ocean was absolutely beautiful! The food in the restaurant was delicious every time and the staff at reception were incredibly helpful, even organising a van to drop us off at a bus stop on our departure date. The room was huge and it was cleaned daily. We absolutely loved our stay!!!

Our stay was fantastic. The view from the room was amazing and the facilities were great. The location was excellent with everything close by, although you wouldn’t walk for food as it’s up quite a hill. The only down side was the breakfast wasn’t fantastic but everything else was amazing.

“Aqua Mood”

Room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable and room amenities were well provided. We managed to change to a higher level room with nice ocean view. Bath salts were provided for our use of the jacuzzi which was really nice. You can just choose among the various scents. Breakfast was excellent, buffet style with mix of chinese, jap and western. Hotel also provides free drinks at the lobby in the evening, just that we cannot bring these to our room. Laundry room needs reservation which was good so we didn't need to wait for our turn. Paid 650 yen for 2 hrs and a pack of detergent. Friendly staff who could speak some English, hence ease of communication.
