Beautiful sea. Nice sandy beach. Nice view from room. Good working AC. It was comfortable for a family of 3. Open buffet was ok. Pizza restaurant was great.

Everything. It was very clean and well looked after they obviously take pride in the hotel. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was super comfortable. I enjoyed the ability to utilise the free shuttle. The option of spending time at the pool or at the beach was nice. Nice that the beach was easily within walking distance. They had 2 restaurants for breakfast and you were able to scan a QR code before going down to see how busy it was which was so helpful for not waiting around outside the restaurant.

“Hotel overlooking stunning bay”

Architecturally built to resemble an ocean liner, this was one of the best located resorts in Okinawa overlooking a gorgeous bay and beach. Good facilities. Our ‘sea view’ room looked out onto a grey roof, and they kindly moved us when I asked. The rooms are spacious. Worth checking out the local area and eateries as well as staying on the resort.

The room was outdated, the floor was dirty, and there was an unpleasant smell — it didn’t look like the photos and felt more like a basic hotel. We also had an insect in the room, which caused discomfort and forced us to deal with it in the middle of the night. The management’s approach was not truly helpful. Her behavior was unacceptable; it was clear she didn’t care and just wanted guests to leave. didn’t actually resolve the issue or meet my needs as a guest. On top of that, the service was disappointing — we were given excuses instead of solutions and left to handle the situation ourselves, with only an apology. Overall, not a good experience.

Third time in this hotel, but first time during spring.

Location is exceptional. Staff is very nice. Dinner was very good.

The hotel is located on a peninsula surrounded by beautiful waters and landscape. It is more of less half-way between the northern and the southern parts of the island, making it a good base if you intend to explore both and are driving. Staff was very professional and welcoming.

“Returned after 13 years — still as good as I remember”

Was here 13 years ago and it was memorable enough to make a second visit. Kids enjoyed it, so does the grandparents. Food at aquabelle was delicious. Near the beach, swimming pool was heated. Public bath was good too.

Clean rooms and property and staff were extremely friendly although sometimes hard to communicate because their English isn’t the best. Views were sensational. The kids room was great!
