Overview
De Zon Hotel & Restaurant by Flow is beautifully located along the banks of the river Vecht in Ommen. There are wellness facilities and a pretty terrace with stunning river views. The warmly decorated rooms have private facilities. The extensive breakfast buffet offers breads, sweet rolls, cereals and sausages with eggs. The restaurant serves regional dishes and has several art works of the Dutch painter Henk Helmantel on display. Uncle Henry’s Pub offers a pleasant ambiance for a drink. Guest of the hotel can use the swimming pool and wellness in Paping Hotel & Spa for free. When weather is colder, the heaters on the terrace will keep you warm and snug. With the pretty river in front of you, you can admire the landscape for hours. Ommen is wel know for its forested surroundings where you can make beautiful walks or bike trips. The city centre is nearby and at walking distance.

I liked it, very nice and clean room. Big bathroom, jacuzzi was great. The bed is huge but for me it is too soft and I did not sleep very comfortably.

Nice location, handy for being central and good location for exploring the area. Comfortable hotel and very nice welcoming staff. Nice view over water also and rooms very spacious. Pet friendly a bonus!
