I highly recommend this place! The apartment is modern, spacious, and equipped with literally everything I needed (the ice maker and coffee machine were a huge plus!). I must especially mention that the bed is incredibly comfortable, which, along with air conditioning in every room and mosquito nets, ensured a perfect night's sleep. The location is top-tier – everything was within walking distance, from the beach to the city center. Having a large parking space right in front of the building, which host provided, was a lifesaver. The mountain view from the balcony is a beautiful detail for relaxing with a coffee. The host, Pavel, gave me a warm welcome, showed me around the apartment, and shared excellent local recommendations for restaurants and shops. He truly goes above and beyond for his guests. A perfect 10/10!

A very high standard that greatly exceeded our expectations, with the apartment equipped with everything we needed. A very warm welcome, also for the children. The location is excellent – not directly in the center, but within walking distance to the main beach in Omiš and the old town. The owner was extremely helpful, with quick and efficient communication. We will definitely recommend the apartment to our friends.

spotlessly clean, extremely well equipped, super friendly and helpful owner Apartment close to everything - Omis old town, beaches, supermarkets, bakery. Everything on your doorstep. The owner made sure we were ok throughout our stay. Check in was super smooth despite the fact we were late. We felt looked after. Aircon in every room. Beautiful view of the mountains. Abundance of toiletries and cleaning products. Well equipped kitchen with a coffee machine.

The apartman was great, modern furniture, very comfortable, good location and we have never seen such a well equipped! It has a beautiful view of the mountains! The owner was kind and supportive, we could always call the owner if we needed any help! “Wonderfully equipped, stylish little retreat!”

The accommodation was stunning. I loved the quality and style of all the furnishings, which felt luxurious and uplifting. It was a moderately sized apartment, perfect for myself and my 10 year old son, absolutely spotless and so very well equipped. The tiny but beautiful kitchen had everything you could need and was generously stocked which made it so comfortable and convenient. The small bathroom was gorgeous, and smelled absolutely divine, with generous high quality toiletries and ample spares, and the scent diffusers also smelled wonderful, we really appreciated the amazing attention to detail and the high quality which added to such a deeply relaxing and highly memorable stay. The ambient lighting in the bedroom was much appreciated, the double bed was one of the comfiest I’ve ever slept in, with a second door behind a curtain leading to the tiny but beautifully decorated balcony, and the Mountain View’s were breathtaking!!! We thoroughly loved this stay, we were sad to have only booked 2 nights in order to Zipline over the Cetina Canyon while passing through, but we hope to return one day and would highly recommend it!

Great communication. Easy access. Was met by the lady from the apartment below. Great apartment. Spacious and had plenty of facilities for us to use and feel like home. We took advantage of the cooking and washing facilities. View of the cliff and close to the water. Easy walk to shops and old town. Very happy with our stay.

The apartment is beautiful, clean, quiet, with a beautiful view of the mountains. The owner left chocolates for us, the apartment perfect cool and the fridge full with beer, coke, water and a bottle of local wine. The apartment is close to the old town and beaches, and anything you might need is within walking distance. It was an absolute pleasure to stay there.

Attractive, comfortable, modern apartment with balcony and lovely views. There were pods for the coffee machine, a bottle of wine and beers etc. in the fridge. There was a good supply of toiletries and also tablets for the washing machine.

Excellent apartment with a lot of small but thoughtful details, nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. Host even enabled us free parking for the first day. Public (paid parking is available). Fast Internet connection and huge TV (though we didn't used it much). Location near the Cetina river estuary is really beautiful.

“Amazing stay in beautiful Omis”

This is the best apartment we've been so far and we have visited over 60 countries around the world and many more cities. - the owner as well as the hostess are super friendly, helpful and always ready to answer any questions - great location, few minutes to the beach and even fewer to the city center - located near different shops, bakery etc - great to have a spot to park, not as obvious in this location - apartment itself is very well designed, it has all different things you might need, even the ones you wouldn't think about yourself like picnic basket :) - AC is always a plus We really hope to see more apartments like this one :)
