We spent a wonderful week in this villa and truly enjoyed our stay. The views of the mountains and forest were absolutely amazing. The location is excellent — close to downtown and convenient for shopping. The villa is beautifully designed, well equipped, and was perfect for our family of five. We especially enjoyed the private pool. Everything went smoothly during our stay, and by the end of the vacation, we were genuinely sad to leave. The owner was very friendly and even surprised us with thoughtful complimentary gifts. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to spend some relaxing time in paradise.

“Perfect holiday”

A family of five, we booked this at the last minute for one last dip in the sea before the kids go back to school. On arrival, Kelly showed us around the apartment, explained how the things work around the property and let us unpack and head to the beach. During our stay, although we were concerned that we might be bothered by the other guests whose villas were attached to ours, we never had any noise. Soundproofing there is 10/10. Our apartment faced the main road, but we didn't get disturbed by the passing cars even when seating outside by the pool. The apartment was so clean, not one thing was wrong in terms how the maids kept the place. Every morning pool was checked and any leaves removed so that we can enjoy as soon as we had our breakfast. Air conditioning worked perfect during those very hot days. 2 cots were provided for our little ones. Kostas looked after us, attending whenever we needed assistance, but never in a way, letting us enjoy our time there with full privacy. Maids were really great, our kids loved chatting to them. We had a nice company from a local cat who loved hanging around (we did bribe it with some chorizo and chicken) and playing with our kids. All in all, we can not recommend these villas highly enough in terms of quality, design, hosts, cleanliness and most importantly the peacefulness. If in this part of Halkidiki again, we would definitely aim to stay here again.

Everything was fantastic! The venue, the location and the staff!

Our group had a the best week at the villas! The communication before and during our trip with the host was quick and friendly, and they made every effort to make us feel welcome and worked to fulfill any requests. The small touches like the welcome and leaving gifts were also very sweet. Everything was as advertised and we were happy to find it was just a four minute walk down to the seaside promenade with plenty of local restaurants to choose from. It was a nice surprise to have someone clean the pool and patio on a daily basis too. We would definitely come again and only have fond memories of our time in Olympiada.

I did like the location, the service was perfect. The villa is extremely clean and also the staff is nice and kind.The beaches in the area are clean and the water is crystal clean.We enjoyed nice food in the village. Definitely will visit again.I can't recommend it enough.

Very very friendly staff and owners, from check in to check out they were amazing. Outside area was good. Great car parking. Close to nice beaches.
