Hilton Garden is conveniently located near downtown Olympia and within walking distance to the state capital The staff was pleasant helpful. Someone was always at the front desk and they greeted you as you came through the lobby facilities inside and out are immaculate.

I liked how one could choose from a buffet or a la carte breakfast and that free coffee, tea and hot chocolate were available. Dining room staff were really nice. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were a plus!

I liked the morning staff guy who acted like he was concerned about how Sarah should’ve rectify this situation of me checking in the next day of my stay because of the flight situations Sarah claimed it was nothing she could do she could’ve called booking .com or she could let me called or she should’ve said ms I know u are tired we will look into late of after u get some rest they give me the nastiest room the room with the bed bug mess or roach mess on the chair and had the nerve to give me sheet to cover the chair the pool was cold cold my grandson said grandma it’s too cold he’s 3 and he loves to play in the water this is experience at the Hilton of all hotels was my most unsatisfying disbelief experience ever and it will never happen again to me my friends family or my social media platforms friends please believe
