Travelling as a multigenerational family with seniors and young children can be complicated but staying here made the entire experience feel effortless. From the moment we arrived, the owners were nothing short of extraordinary. They were not simply hosts providing accommodation. They became an essential part of making our trip successful. They helped us organise multiple trips and excursions throughout our stay, always giving honest advice, fair pricing and practical support. When I ran into problems trying to book Machu Picchu tickets online, which as many travellers know can be incredibly stressful, they immediately stepped in and connected me with a trusted local contact who helped secure the tickets for us. What could have become a major disappointment for our family was resolved because of their kindness and willingness to help. Travelling with elderly relatives and young children means flexibility matters so much. Being allowed to use the kitchen was such a gift because it meant we could prepare food and snacks whenever needed, which made life much easier with little ones and seniors who do not always want to eat on a fixed schedule. The bedding was exceptionally comfortable and after long travel days and busy sightseeing, everyone slept beautifully. That level of comfort makes a huge difference when travelling with a family. The accommodation was also extremely fairly priced, especially considering the level of personal care and support we received. Nothing ever felt like an inconvenience to them. They were warm, generous, responsive and genuinely invested in making sure we had the best possible experience. What stayed with me most is how genuinely lovely they are as people. Some hosts are professional and efficient. These hosts were that, but they were also the kind of people you naturally warm to. By the end of our stay, they felt less like accommodation providers and more like people I would happily want as friends.

I stayed in a king deluxe room and the view from my room was amazing. Felt like i was in a ski resort but for a fraction of the price. Healthy breakfast with fresh local fruits including avocado. I must admit one of the best home made filtered coffee. Free flow coca tea and leaf. Location less than 5 minutes walk from the plaza. Highly recommended

Well appointed and very comfortable rooms - try and book the big room at the top of the property - the bed is massive! Breakfast is filling and portions are well sized. Would absolutely recommend.

I booked a twin room in case a friend came over, but when I went to check in, they initially gave me a single room, and when I told them that the room I booked wasn't the right one, then only switched me. as they switching me, telling me that there was landslide in front of my room so we thought it might be good for you to change, but there was only small landslide and it was not a problem at all. if they were gonna change my room for that reason, they should ve told me in advance and charge me the price of smaller single room. but they charged me original price. They even demanded cash claiming a fee would apply for card payments. I paid with a 100-sol note, but received 3 soles less in change. I later counted and realized they had missed it, but I didn't want to go back and argue, so I just let it slide. The funny thing is, they had already prepared two room keys for me when I first arrived, and I think they were probably ready to switch them if I complained. or thought it would be great that I just slept without realizing I didn't get a right room. finally I got the room I booked properly, but there were lots of bugs in the room even considering its located near mountain

Our room is very clean and spacious. The staff is very friendly. I like the delicious breakfast. We enjoyed two nights stay there.
