The property is situated in the most scenic location, with easy access to the lake and a few bars/restaurants. The apartment has everthing you need for a comfortable stay. The staff are very helpful and go out their way to assist you when needed. We couldn’t have asked for more lovely stay whilst in lake como.

Everything was perfect. The views over Lake Como were absolutely stunning and the apartment was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The pool area was beautiful and peaceful, making it the perfect place to relax. The location is also great and everything felt very well organized.

We had a great stay at these apartments. The location is very convenient, close to everything we needed. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Check-in was easy and well organized, and the host provided clear instructions. The place had everything necessary for a comfortable stay, and we especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere and comfortable bed. Overall, a very good experience. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

This was the best villa I have had the privilege of staying at. Staff were commendable and absolutely great! They were available on Whatsapp at any time of the day. They were very helpful regarding transport, food options, communication regarding the pool and sauna. A big thank you to Victoria, Beatrice and Ricardo who made our stay comfortable and went out their way for us. Highly recommend. Very clean. Short walk to the ferry that takes you to other towns. We will be back here for our next trip to Italy!

“Modern apartment in a beautiful location.”

Apartment was clean and well appointed. Location was accessible to Bellagio and Lecco- by bus or car. Nice to be away from the crowds and with beautiful scenery. Onno has a couple of restaurants so we could eat out. Sauna was lovely especially on cooler days. Staff lovely -very helpful and friendly and had excellent English.

Excellent staff, great pool and garden area. Comfy beds, everything was clean. Great idea giving us two bottles of water and two of prosecco as a welcome package. The garden with barbecue area is wide and simply amazing.

Stunning property in the hills of Lake Como. 20 minutes away from Bellagio. Staff very helpful and friendly. It was not warm enough for us to swim or use the hot tub… If the hot tub was set to a higher temperature we would definitely used it…

If you want to be looked after with the utmost of care, this is the Villa for you. The lady who looks after you is so helpful and truly put her heart and soul into making you feel cared for and attended to. She even gave me assistance when I organised all the restaurants a week before we even arrived! Whenever we needed something she was either there in person or on the phone, truly exceptional service! The property itself is nice and modern, comfortable, with all facilities needed including a washing machine and dishwasher. The shower is fantastic. Beds are comfortable. Lovely soft towels provided. The pool is particularly lovely, chic, beautiful and warm. The view is truly exceptional! We went on a boat tour past various famous peoples houses, and none of them had the view we had. 3 mountains converging, which you could see if you merely looked up from the pool. There is also a viewing area with loungers, which we used regularly, including eating our breakfast looking at the stunning view. Plenty of parking and easy to get to Bellagio within 20 minutes.

Great location for those arriving by rental car. Amazing view, great service, excelent facilities (sauna and pool). There are restaurants in the nearest village. About 20 minutes drive from Bellagio.

Beautiful property with extremely nice backyard and view on lake and mountains, very good communication before and during stay, very pleasant and not intruding. You will find almost everything you need in the apartment and most importantly, one of the most incredible terrace with spectacular view.
