“Picturesque, quiet and perfect boutique hotel.”

Beautiful and quiet location of this small boutique hotel. Greta was very welcoming on arrival offering coffee…. Easy parking we had booked in safe underground lock up. Pre booked next doors restaurant for both nights and want disappointed. Delicious meals with lovely staff Alice & Anas …. Love the laid back non rushed approach to eating and drinking in Italy but with very prompt service. Having a picnic hamper ordered breakfast we could carry out to sit by the lake was great too…. As it was raining this morning it was delivered on a tray to our room instead. Loved staying here and would happily come back and save up to afford a room with a lake view.

Absolutely stunning setting, we loved the private balcony over looking the lake and the breakfast delivered to our room every morning was a lovely touch. A very quiet lovely village with easy access to the port for getting the ferry and a time table of the ferry was provided on arrival. Staff very helpful and organised the shuttle for us one evening where we had booked for dinner near by. The restaurant also next to the hotel was really nice, great food but a small menu. Hotel guests had a nice reserved area right by the water on the lower decking for dining. I would highly recommend this hotel, we would certainly return and a big thank you to the lovely hotel staff for all their help. They also arranged the private boat tour for us prior to arrival.

Excellent hotel with a beautiful lake view. The apartments are new, clean, and have everything you need. You feel like you’re staying in a small apartment where everything is provided for a comfortable stay. The staff is very friendly, and the administrator pays attention to every guest. They are always available and ready to help with any question or request.

“Exceptional & charming hotel”

The hotel is wonderful! It has lots of character and charm. It is very tastefully decorated, very comfortable, the staff is extremely kind and helpful, and the breakfast service in the room to enjoy breakfast with a sunset view over the lake is an amazing experience. To top it all, the proximity to their partner Boat2go, for a bout tour or rental makes the location fantastic. Simply one of the best hotels I have stayed at worldwide, period!

“Lovely scenic holiday”

The staff were very friendly, and Greta was very attentive providing us with all the details we would need and making sure our stay was great. The restaurant was also great, we ate there one of the evening and the food was very good quality. It was also nice touch to have breakfast brought to the room so you could eat on the balcony. There were good transport links, with a free shuttle running three times a day to drop us and pick us from Bellagio. There was also a ferry port and bus stop right outside so it was well equipped to be able to get around.

“Beautiful Lake Como Stay!”

Beautiful property overlooking the lake. The suite is roomy with great toiletries and the beds are super comfortable. Breakfast in the room was divine and the links to places on the lake very easy with the dock and the ferry literally next door. Greta and Daniela looked after us and the use of the infrared sauna and jacuzzi was a nice touch.

The location was the best. Overlooking Lake Como and just a free shuttle bus trip to Bellagio to catch ferries and for a wonderful look around. Great restaurant and food. The breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented

Perfect location in a less busy part of Lake Como, with spectacular mountain view. Even in February, we had a wonderful boat trip from jetty in front of hotel and were able to be "boat-taxied" to lunch in Bellagio on another morning. Ate dinner in the restaurant 3 times and had some of the best-cooked pork and calamari we have ever enjoyed. With a fine winelist. Very friendly service all round, whilst Greta and Daniela on reception were also always helpful and on hand either in person or via WhatsApp.

The location is great, quiet area near Bellagio, we got upgraded to the suite, very friendly and professional staff, the room was amazing, the view from the room is exceptional, the breakfast served in the room with respect to every detail. The entire building is neat and clean. Highly recommended!

The room was unbelievable, finished to an amazing quality with exceptional views on the lake. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful with lots of useful information via WhatsApp. The food in the restaurant was also incredible. I was very lucky to chose this place and received the highest hospitality. If you are visiting lake como, you must try and stay here!!

Super comfortable suite, amazingly decorated and cozy. The pictures don’t do it justice. The views of the lake are just breathtaking. Breakfast was delicious and served in the room. The staff were super nice and helpful. Parking was easy to find, just outside the property.
