Staff very friendly and efficient, really good. All spoke excellent English which I appreciated ! Rooms clean, comfortable and neat. Good bed and shower. Nice bar/restaurant for a quiet drink and watch tennis on TV :-) Easy to find off the main road.

Staff were really friendly and helpful - and spoke excellent English ! Room was small but very clean and had what I needed for a short stay. Air con in room was great as it was roasting hot. Good shower, comfy bed. Nice bar/dining area inside and out. Surprisingly quiet for what is quite a busy area

Just don’t do it. Don’t book this hotel!! The location was appalling. It was right in the middle of an industrial zone. There was no mention on Booking . Com when I booked the hotel that it was in the middle of an industrial zone. I had hoped that it was a small village outside of Orleans and that I would be able to have a walk around the area after a 7 hour drive. Clearly I was unable to do that. The buildings were shabby and uncared for. Reception was in a separate building and when I opened the door to reception, a wall of sound hit me. It was so loud I thought I was walking into a disco. No it was the male receptionist who was having his own private disco. Clients were obviously unexpected!! He apologised. He simply should not have been doing that at work. The room was cold when I entered. The windows had been left open and there was no heating on. The receptionist was unhelpful when I asked for the heating to be put on. He told me I could do it myself. There was no offer to help. I turned the heating on and the only thing I could get to work was a tiny electric radiator which took all night to warm the room. On arrival there was also no hot water so I could not even have a shower to warm up. Nor could I have a wash since there was no plug in the wash hand basin. The headboard had two areas of faux leather which were worn out in several places. As I had to pay upfront on booking the room on booking.com, I simply had to lump it, put my dressing gown over my clothes to try to keep warm and resort to a book instead of the hoped for walk. To top things off early the next morning a fire alarm went off. I evacuated only to find out that it was a false alarm. Apparently this was two days in a row that this had happened and they could not find out why. It was the worst hotel experience of my month in France. Save yourself from a bad experience and don’t book this hotel. The reality was simply nothing like the photos shown on booking.com.

I genuinely cannot fault this property, yes the check in is 20m and outside of the accommodation building but the welcome was warm and no fuss checking in.
