The Chateau was was very welcoming and special. Lovely furnishings for the guests to enjoy.very quite.and lovely view from the rooms The exterior and grounds are being brought back to top condition. Breakfast served by a lovely polite young lady who took pride in her presentation. The table ware was lovely French antique.

Wonderful warm welcome from Priscilla. Beautiful room with a very comfortable bed and fantastic view of the garden and river. A variety of soft drinks, including tea and coffee left in the room. The breakfast was wonderful, with home made puddings, yoghurt, good coffee, pastries, meats and cheeses. Priscilla could not have been more helpful booking a restaurant for us and arranging a taxi. We loved staying here.

“A beautiful slice of history!”
A stunning chateau in a beautiful location! We were only there for one night sadly but would have loved to have stayed longer. The room was tastefully furnished with lots of lovely touches - and a fabulous view. As others have said, breakfast was a delicious experience and served so elegantly! A real treat for us at the end of our French road trip, and I’d thoroughly recommend this amazing slice of history. Thank you to Olivier and Priscilla for their warm welcome.

“Just perfect”

The quality of the rooms was very high, including the bathrooms - beautifully modernised, lots of attention to detail, 5-star hotel linen, bathrobes, towels, bath products, mini bar, coffee pod machine. The young woman who looked after us was very helpful and friendly The breakfast was exceptionally good

Olivier (the owner) and his team were gracious and forthcoming with all help we needed, including arranging additional bed for the kids, when it was not even included in our package. The breakfast was the highlight of the property. Top notch both in food quality and setup. The charming design of the chateau along with the lush gardens in the front made for a picture perfect scenery. We loved it.
