Good selection of breakfast options. Lovely comfy beds. Good heating. A little tricky to navigate the route down to the guesthouse, but worth it for the lovely secluded location in the trees with the birds feeding on the balcony. Also easy and friendly communication with our host.

Koko Guesthouse This perfectly appointed guesthouse is nestled in the glorious town of Olinda in the Dandenong ranges of Victoria. Exceptionally equipped with everything you could possibly need. Beautiful decor, very warm & welcoming. Sleeps 4, two bedrooms. Beautifully clean, with high quality linen & towels. Seperate bathroom & toilet. Plenty of toiletries. Lovely kitchen with fridge,microwave ,stove and coffee machine. Extremely generous breakfast presented in a delightful basket. There is even birdseed to feed the amazing birdlife. The host Kyoko is only a call or message away. Checked in via text if we had a comfortable night and if we required anything. Easy to find, parking available. both stairs and ramp down to this not to be missed oasis in the mountains.

Warm and cosy. Lovely big deck looking into the trees. Attractive furnishings and lots of lovely extras provided by our host. Really appreciated her generosity and thoughtfulness. We never met Kyoko but she was super quick to respond to any of our messages.

Loved the breakfast items and fresh fruit that was left in the apartment. View from the deck and birdlife was stunning. Very clean and tidy and liked the quirky nature of the decor. Appreciated the good lighting on the outdoor steps from the road to the apartment.

Loved the surroundings, the nature and the cabin was cosy and clean. The cleanest and most tid kitchen I've seen in a cabin so far. Breakfast basket was excellent!

Guesthouse was very thoughtfully decorated - lovely restful place to spend time. Huge verandah with bird feeder and seed provided to feed the birds who visit in the morning. Great location in Olinda not far from Cloudehill, shops etc. Kyoko was a very welcoming and considerate host who had put lots of special touches throughout her accommodation to make it very comfortable for her guests. The house is on a steep decline from the road and Kyoko offered to assist my mother and I with our bags - this wasn’t necessary but we appreciated her thoughtfulness. Delicious breakfast provisions provided to make our own breakfast.

It’s a quirky but very welcoming space, perfect for relaxing and recharging. Very good quality bedding, too.
