Felt right at home as soon as we walked in and immediately asked our host to stay an extra night we loved it so much. Such cute cosy cabins on a beautiful property and very close to town whilst still feeling secluded. The spa was so easy to use and fills up with fresh geothermal water in 30 minutes, you don’t even need to go to one of the lagoons haha. Facilities (shower, kitchen) were great, stayed in a few cabins on our trip so these details were actually important as other cabins we stayed in didn’t have great kitchen facilities or the shower was leaking water all over the floor so these details made a difference :) The host Sabine was so lovely and communicative.

The location is amazing! You've got the backdrop of the mountains on one side and then the horse ranch on the other with the most beautiful horses! The best thing about the place was the hot tub and the horse decor details. We were super lucky and got to see the Northern Lights on our first night! 10/10 would recommend.

We had a wonderful time at the cottage. It was very clean, lots of amenities in the kitchen, communication with the owners was very easy, and they provided lots of information about restaurants, sights, and weather updates. The highlight was of course the hot tub with clean fresh water that you fill in yourself before every usage. Warmed us right up on the cold winter days. Would definitely stay there again.

Hosts were great, guesthouse was clean and cosy, lovely horse connection inside the guesthouse and wonderful view over the fields of horses. Plus the hot tub was nice and easy to operate. Will definitely be staying there again.

Amazing hospitality, very cozy and beautiful house! Immediately after booking, the owner sent us a message with all the necessary information about the house, the area, and Iceland. The place is in an amazing location surrounded by nature. It was super clean and private. Definitely one of my favorite spots in Iceland. I will definitely come back.

The cabin was clean and charming. Loved the hot tub on the deck. Loved looking out at the horses. Nice and close to Selfoss and start of the Golden Circle. Wish we could have stayed for more than 1 night!

This place is perfect for explorations in the whole of Southern and South Western Iceland. The cottage has a lost of character, is very cosy and tastefully designed and decorated. You will experience a beautiful view with horses just grazing in front of the terrace and nearby mountains in sight. The hosts are immediately available and helpful whenever needed. I also recommend this accommodation for visitors who look for an opportunity to ride Icelandic horses, but not only. It is beautiful for anyone who loves nature and it is yet not remote.

Very nicely furnished cottages with top views and a prime location near Selfoss. Delicious hot tub to relax in. Great privacy. Very responsive hostess with great tips. Warmly recommended. The hike to Reykjadalur is not to be missed, but tough with a little child on your back. Be sure to bring a baby carrier and only do it in good weather.

The views were stunning, the cottage was really clean and had everything we needed, very warm and cosy. hosts were really friendly and on hand really quickly if you needed anything. The hot tub was lovely with the natural water. Really good location to visit lots of sites. Hosts recommended lots of places, we went to the secret lagoon which we thought was much better value for money and quieter then the blue lagoon.

A fantastic location with stunning scenery. The house was beautiful with everything you could possibly need. Lovely and warm, comfy beds, huge smart TV with Apple TV connected, excellent shower and only a few miles to the nearest town.

“An unbelievably idyllic stay”

Everything, the owners are so helpful and go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and have what you need. The view, being surrounded by the horses, the hot tub with natural water… oh my… we were in seventh heaven. Jump at the chance to stay if you get the opportunity
