Great space to stay after your flight into Kef! Lovely little cabin, nice hottub and great to see the horses

Beautiful house with a private hot tub and nice views (aurora especially). Host was very kind and thoughtful, providing many useful informations, but also respecting our privacy. The house was very clean, you can find there anything you need to prepare meals. Very comfortable beds. The location is good to see most of the southern sights. It's near small town in which you can find shops, bakery and restaurants.

The jacuzzi is great, with warm water and a quick fill-up time. There are two beds upstairs for the girls, which they loved.

We loved the place. The host was very responsive - she takes her job very seriously. She was available around the clock and very nice. Imo she is an example of a good host. 10/10 The house is amazing, every detail was thought of. I mean you look at the beautiful horses through several windows and it s just beautiful nature and cozy and everything smells so nicely and everything is clean. And the hot tub!!!! Aaand you can grill!!!! And eat on the beautiful tables with flowers. Amazing….

The view, the comfort, and the hot tub were amazing. I will highly recommend this place to anyone as you have the selfoss town in a few mins distance with good restaurants and supermarkets. Also, you have all the utensils and ingredients in the kitchen space if somebody likes to cook. We just loved it.

A great place to stay when doing the Golden Circle. Grocery, pharmacy, gas stations etc nearby but you feel tucked away in the county side. The private hot tub is such a luxury to have! Sabine was a wonderful host, providing lots of helpful info about the area.

The unit was beautifully finished with everything you could need. The hottub was delightful and the host sent us so many brilliant recommendations for dining and activities in the surrounding areas. Couldn't have asked for anything else.

Visited the second time after 3 years and just as magical as we remembered. we had some amazing snow fall when we were here. perfectly located to explore the golden circle and south coast Iceland. we actually spent a day just totally relaxing in the cabin and watching the snow storm. hot tub is amazing, brilliant view of the valley, horses, stars and we got a glimpse of the aurora! my now fiancé just proposed to me here and he couldn’t have chosen a better place, we will remember that moment here forever and will definitely return another time in the future for special occiasions. also cute cats came to greet us whilst we were sitting outside and we love kitties. warm and cozy and very well equipped, we could come back forever and live in this cabin it is so beautiful. thanks to Sabine for the beautiful fresh flowers and amazing cabin decoration and hosting. if you get the chance to stay here, do it, it will become a special place in your heart forever ❤️

“Cosy Cabin”

Perfect little cosy cabin for our final night, had just what we needed. The hot tub was a great addition. We had great communication from the owner and a recommendation for dinner at the Viking restaurant just up the road, which we took and didn't regret!
