Situated in the Orlické hory mountains amidst nature, Horská bouda Čihalka offers accommodation in a mountain hut with free WiFi, a restaurant, children's playground, horseback riding and a tennis court on site. “A great base for exploring the wonderful surroundings”
The location is superb, in a historic mountain chalet on the border with Poland. The Eagle mountains are not the highest (max. 1,100m), but have a beautiful mixtures of mixed forests and pasture lands with cows, horses, etc. There is a hiking path next to the chalet which leads to a lookout tower for excellent views. The building is historic and the main social area is a kind of pub where they offer good basic Czech food and drink. The owner is welcoming.
