“Great value for money home in a very convenient location.”

Perfect location in the heart of the town of Oldmeldrum. Great facilities within 100 metres of the home. Home done out to a nice modern standard and handed over in a very clean condition. The property comes with decent internet so general internet use such a streaming etc works well. Great to have a working fireplace as we used it every evening. Kindling and log/coal can be sourced at various locations in the town.

Clean and spacious. Easy check in and friendly host. We were staying for a local wedding and only slept here. The local pub was great for dinner and breakfast.

Nice and easy instructions, to get in from Claire. We were attending a wedding so needed an iron, hairdryer which Claire made sure was easy to find on our arrival. We popped up the road to the local pub and restaurant for dinner and met the locals who were very welcoming. We had a very comfortable stay, the house was exceptionally clean, had lovely decor, and made the overall experience a great weekend. We arranged some local hair and make-up for the event who had plenty of room to do their magic. Thanks Again for making it a great venue for the wedding weekend.

Highly recommend staying at Claire Townhouse exceptional holiday property, we were extremely happy with everything, gorgeous living room, beautiful bathroom and kitchen, and the little touches of milk in the fridge and complimentary shortbread was a nice little surprise.

No seats provided for outdoor space. Dog faeces in outdoor space at back. No shower gel or soap provided, unfortunately we hadn't thought to take same with us. Noisy construction site to back of property

This is a pleasant house, with everything you need for a short break. The living room is spacious and comfortable and the shower is great.

The house was beautifully presented and very spacious inside. The photos dont do it justice! Parking was easy and plentiful, and there are lots of options to eat, drink, socialise or shop locally, both in Oldmeldrum or Inverurie 5 minutes away. The house was immaculate, and the coal fire a welcome addition during a cold weekend.

The property is really quirky and really well equipped. Lots of mood lighting and the garden has an exceptional shed with further living space.
