The hotel’s concept is exceptionally well designed. When you are on vacation, you prefer not to think about what to choose from the menu or where to dine. The hotel alleviates this hustle by providing a wide selection of food and a variety of cocktails that you can easily grab and enjoy while continuing to live a relaxed lifestyle. We were fortunate to have a pleasant room in the 9th block, conveniently located near all activities, which made our stay very enjoyable. The hotel’s strongest asset is its staff, who are incredibly friendly and attentive. They remember you, greet you, and ask about your stay and preferences. From the waitstaff to the General Manager, everyone is very cheerful and genuinely concerned for your comfort. The spa therapists were surprisingly professional; Deva, one of the therapists, is a true expert in her field, employing strong techniques. We also enjoyed massages from Kadek and Devi. Additionally, there was a lady from Bali who performed a facial treatment; regrettably, I did not ask for her name, but she was excellent. Svetlana from the Guest Relations team was almost always present, assisting us promptly with any requests. She approached us several times to check if we needed anything and to ensure we were enjoying our stay. Among the restaurant staff, we particularly noted Zinar and another gentleman who prepared barbecues outside every evening, always with a friendly demeanor. We had a late flight, and the hotel kindly extended our stay. Throughout our visit, General Manager Deniz Bey was consistently present, engaging with guests alongside the entire hotel team.

“Very good week spent here with kids”

We made an excellent choice—our whole family, including our three children, truly enjoyed the stay. Most of the guests are from Europe and Eastern Europe, which creates a calm, respectful, and cultural atmosphere. Even the few tourists who are usually obsessed with food are rare here. The hotel staff gave us special attention throughout our stay. Everyone was extremely kind and hardworking, doing their best to make sure guests feel fully comfortable. Even the smallest sign of gratitude means a lot to them. I would like to highlight a few people in particular: Sadik in the restaurant, who was always attentive and radiated positive energy, and a security guard who went above and beyond. My car was covered with thick dust from Cappadocia, and on his own initiative he washed it down with water – a thoughtful gesture I didn’t expect. I’m sharing photos with their permission because these people deserve recognition for their care and dedication.

The positive thing was the beach, veeeery nice beach, and the food was not bad.. the breakfast, snacks, lunch always the same, which made it repetitive and monotonous food, but dinner was everyday different and it was good.

Everything was great, except for the bartenders in all bars except the one in the lobby. They were always frowning and angry, as if we were to blame for going for a drink. They couldn't even mix a drink properly. In contrast, the two at the lobby bar were great and provided excellent service. With the exception of the bartenders I described, all other staff members are responsive and very friendly. There was a huge variety of food in sufficient quantities. There were traditional Turkish dishes, which was nice. Great entertainers, except for those who acted as DJs, playing the same 20 songs every day and acting like they owned the place. The girls from the entertainment team (from Tanzania) clearly enjoy their work and do it professionally. Large and clean swimming pool. The photographer with the parrots in the complex is very cheeky.

We stayed for 7 nights, and there were definitely some things I liked. The location was great — right on the beach, which was perfect for relaxing. There was also a big bazaar nearby also the view from the room was beautiful.

“Criticism with love to Turkiye”

The staff, especially waiters Sadik, Naci and house keeping person Hadjer were exceptionally helpful and smiling all the time.

Our stay was great! We received really good emotions and had a pleasant rest. I liked the location in the bay and what was important for me - close to the sea. Very fast check-in. We got a nice room with a sea view and with a big bathroom, that was very comfortable with a child. The staff was very friendly, big thanks to the animation team for so positive atmosphere, thanks to Serhat for taking care of us every day and helping with lot of things, thanks to girls Emi and Fifi who were so kind to my little son. And a girl Kateryna from Guest Relation was always smiling and ready to help. Yummy and various food in the main restaurant and snack bar as vell, every day was fresh fish, fruits, a lot of sweets. The sea is very clean and even enough warm as for this time of the year, small pebbles so we didn't use the special shoes. For my baby it was his first time at the sea, and I'm glad he was happy and enjoyed this vacation. I'll be glad to come back with the rest members of my family as well.
