We were allowed to check in in the morning and we were able to spend time at the hotel on the last day until our flight in the late evening. Several evening performances were masterclasses. The event team worked hard whole the day to make sure everyone had a great time. Special thanks to Anu from animation team whose energy was amazing even at midnight. Big thanks to Alis from pool bar who was very friendly and whose cocktails were much better than the others.

We visited with 2 adults and 3 kids, we were offered bigger room than what we booked, staff was great especially entertainment team and kids club team (Imane, Betty, Katerina and Elif), great variety of food all day. An Outstanding 5-Star Experience at Mukarnas! My partner and I just returned from a 5-night stay at Mukarnas Spa & Resort Hotel (Nov 5 - Nov 10), and we are already planning our next trip back. This hotel is an absolute gem in Okurcalar, and our experience was flawless from start to finish. The true heart of this resort is its people. The staff were, without a doubt, the most outstanding team I have ever encountered at a hotel. Every single person we met—from the reception team and housekeeping to the bartenders and restaurant staff—was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely happy to help. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensured our every need was met with a smile. We were thoroughly impressed with the food. "Top-notch" is the perfect way to describe it! There was a fantastic variety at the main buffet for every meal, with fresh, high-quality ingredients and beautiful presentation. We never got bored and found new delicious dishes to try every single day. The entertainment was another major highlight for us. The entertainment team works tirelessly and puts on some truly brilliant shows in the evening. During the day, there was always something fun going on, but never any pressure to join in. They created a wonderful, lively atmosphere that made our holiday even more special. Thank you, Mukarnas Spa & Resort, for an unforgettable vacation. We can't recommend you highly enough!

“Wonderfully taken care of in fantastic surroundings by a Hotel who cares that you have a good stay.”

The location was excellent, right next to the main, and next to the beach. The food was very good, varied, and they tried to mix it up everyday. We had a few people in our group who have certain issues around food and buffets, but each and every one of us was able to find something tasty to eat at every mealtime. I never understand why people complain about All inclusives having a slightly samey buffet, it's not easy to satisfy everyone, but this hotel sure tried its very best to make sure they did. We loved Turkish night, French night, and every variation that was offered. The lunchtime snackbar also provided some lovely lunchtime food that you could eat while looking out at the beach. Eveyone who served us did so with a smile. The room service lady was fantastic, and when I had made a request to reception and they had messaged her, she saw me in the corridoor, nowhere near my room, and recognised me, and assured me that my request would be taken care of, and it was. The lady who served us at breakfast and lunch was amazing, making a fuss of our 8 year old, and making sure we had a table of eight waiting for us every morning, and if required, at the snackbar at lunch. She had our juice waiting for us in the morning, and made sure we all had coffees brought to us as soon as we finished our last one. Wherever you sat in the hotel grounds if you asked one of the staff to bring you a drink they did, whether it was in the grand reception area, the poolside, or even on the pier over the sea, they served you with a smile and cleared your empty glasses/dishes. A place this large is hard to keep looking tidy, but the grounds staff were out every day trimming trees, weeding flowerbeds and generally keeping the place looking clean and smart. The entertainment team worked hard all day and evening to make sure that anyone who wanted to join in the fun had an opportunity to do so. We didn't join in much, but enjoyed watching others. AMAZING STAY!!
