Really loved exceptional service from guest relation, especially Gullu and WhatsApp group -that you could text day or night and answer was coming straight away. Night manager absolutely fab as well! Bar staff Aziz Khan from swimming pool bar, what a kind and knowledgeable bartender♥️ Mehmed and Aigerim beautiful people , knowing what "hospitality " means! Hotel location on the beach as well as on motorway without noise being heard. Super SPA services for affordable pricing. Gentleman in their shop super kind too! Food improved on 3rd day of our visit, it's great to see Head Chef on the floor looking after every single detail! ♥️

Fantastic holiday had by all of us. Sidera kirman have gone above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. The facilities for kids are fantastic, water slides, kids play area, games room with bowling etc, aswell as 2 heated pools. The hotel is also right on the beach with access directly from the hotel. The facilities here have been top notch, and have provided everything that we needed and more. Food buffet has been great, with plenty of different selections, aswell as an ice cream and waffle bar in the day, and lots of different bars, with a good selection of drinks.

we arrived with no real expectations but from day one the staff were so happy to help us i want to thank Gullu especially because throughout our stay she was really attentive with us and made sure we got to enjoy everything included in our booking we loved the food the bar and the daily activities which i should mention werent the same every day and that made it feel even more unique in that sense Sercan and Buse from the entertainment team were exceptional without a doubt its clearly a place thats been putting in constant work to get things right

“A truly amazing experience”

The location, the food, and the all-inclusive offering. The only thing that could beat this would be being on a cruise. This is the equivalent of a cruise on land. We enjoyed every aspect of it. The service was excellent. A big thank you to the guest relations team, especially Gullu, and at reception, Haci and Alper. It was an amazing experience, and we will definitely be going back. There were plenty of activities for the kids to enjoy. We also loved the variety of food and the different themed cuisine nights. The WhatsApp system for guest interaction is very good, with prompt responses to any request at any time of the day. The whole team is exceptional.

I love everything, about this hotel, its above average and receptive, very clean and everything inclusive is actually a fact, after you pay, all you left to do is enjoy your stay, the team here is respectful, always helpful. the hotel is very very clean, up to date, room are beautiful and have a very beautiful view. drinks are available at all times, food and themes each and every night at the main restaurant. For date nights they have two a la carte restaurants, so one can order with the beautiful Gullu, the rose of the hotel. she is always checking on the guests, listening to our needs when we needed something. “Good hotel with great staff, but cramped and outdated with no local attractions or amenities”

The service and food was great with plenty daily options. The views over the sea was great, including the sunsets! The minibar is included and are being refilled daily with cooldrinks, snacks and water. (The booze is only for day 1) The coffee shop is amazing, with lovely cakes, latte's coffees, iced coffees and mochas. The hairdresser in the hotel is amazing, and very reasonable - the whole family had cuts and or highlights. (I have natural highlights, so could skip the hype)

Loved that there was easy access to the beach, the hotel had a lot o entertainment, great food & drink options, massage deals as well as a great photographer on-site who was always available to do some family shoot.

One of the best hotels we've been. The foods, the beverage and the service were perfect. The staff were very friendly, helpful and polite. They were doing their best to make our holiday perfect. I am recommending the hotel to everyone. Just people who visit it must bring aqua shoes because of the beach.

Food was largely excellent, and the same for the staff. Nice pools and spa, drinks service was quick. Interior and exterior of the hotel is really beautiful. Lovely coffee bar.
