The staff at this location are amazing! Chauncey in particular went above and beyond for us! He was always helpful with a big smile and a positive attitude even when he was the only one working and very busy. He is an asset to your company and I hope he is considered when options for upward movement within the company become available. Thanks for a lovely stay!

“Felt very uneasy.”
My key card wasn’t working and my spouse was able to enter my room without a card!!! Which is very scary. We were moved to a different room and the same issue was happening with the key card. It made me feel very uneasy. There was a blaring alarm sound that went off at 8 in the morning scaring everyone and went on for a minute.
