The hotel is in a great location for OKC and is only 5 minutes from Quail Springs Mall. The Staff was terrific and very friendly!

“Accommodations were fine, front desk staff were not.”
Even though staff saw me waiting at the desk to check in (and there were no other people waiting to check in except me), I had to wait 15-20 minutes to check in. No one said hello. Normally, that would not be a problem, but at a hotel, it was just weird. When the clerk finally checked me in, there was no explanation. Also, it would be nice to have a clock in the room.

Nice & very roomy! The Grandkids liked the pool; we loved the location!! Close proximity to anyone & everyone's favorite restaurants & shopping Hotspots--incuding an awesome Mall.
