Upon check in I realized I was charged for a night to reserve the room ( not stated on booking site ) then I check in pay for my 4 day stay and then an additional $50 was charged for incidental. So a total of $120 extra was charged and due to be released after check out. Frustrating because I was not made aware of the additional charges until check in. After I get to my room to unwind and shower I realize there is only one wash cloth for a room for 2 people. I go downstairs and ask for an extra wash cloth and I’m told they are completely out of wash clothes and I’ll have to wait for a second one until housekeeping does laundry. So the next morning I politely ask again for a wash cloth and they are still out but the lady went across the street to get a wash cloth. The 3rd day I’m walking to my room when I hear housekeeping talk badly about me in Spanish. When I confronted them and asked them what they said they looked nervous and said that I was given 9 wash clothes. Which is a lie! I feel like if I paid over $500 for a stay I should at least be given 2 was clothes. 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels. Not here! Breakfast is not good!
