Clean comfortable quiet rooms,a little bigger than usual,firm double bed,friendly helpful English speaking staff,free coffee in the lobby,only 5 minutes walk to the station and next door to AEON mall 👍

“I love the ambience, the staff and the location of the hotel but for the cleaning incident.”
The room is slightly bigger than other hotels' of the same price. Location is excellent. Staff are very helpful. The lightbulb of my bathroom broke on the first night of my week-long stay. After I requested the repair at 5 am, the staff came fixing it in 10 minutes so that I could have my shower before venturing out！

It was extremely dusty/dirty. The floor looked like it was not cleaned since weeks.

“Spacious, clean and comfortable stay”
Standard hotel, neat and clean, spacious for a solo traveller. Hotel just next to aeon, near to don quixote as well. Its also not that far and walkable from the station. It even has heated toilet which is amazing to me

Great location, easy from JR Okayama Station and opposite Aeon. Good breakfast and very helpful staff. The room was clean and comfortable.

Need a place to sleep and clean up (bathe) on a long distance bike trip. This place is part of the Route Inn group but is one step up. Pleasant and helpful staff.
