unfortunately it was very very very cold and not that clean, check in isn’t until 1500 which would be ok but the location means you can’t hang out in town before really especially because it was super snowy when i was there

The owner was really nice and accommodating. The view was incredible (right infront of the lake and fuji). The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Highly recommended!

No breakfast, bathroom is publicly shared, noises from upstairs can’t be fully blocked through the wooden structured ceiling. Honestly speaking, the room provides is far less than it charges.

“Affordable and unfussy share-house-style accommodation”

The location is great - right next to the lake and close to the main drag of stores (though I was glad we had a car - I wouldn't have wanted to walk in the summer heat. The value was great, the staff were friendly, and despite being next to another family, with small kids, we didn't hear them at all. There was free manga to read and the room itself was decently spacious and came with one single bed. The A/C worked fine and the parking behind the hotel was ample (though the road leading to it is quite narrow!)

Staff was really nice. Able to use google translate for communication. Easy checkin. Location is easy to find via green line. Near lake kawaguchiko. Property was always clean.

Low budget stay at the Kamaguchiko Lake. Rooms are Japanse style, we loved the futon bed, they were actually quite comfortable.

Perfect for what we needed. The room was very spacious with good facilities. The room was clean and comfy. It was right next to kawaguchi lake and only 10 minutes from the bus stop.
