A truly cozy and quiet gem! The apartment was spotless, bright, and perfectly maintained. The host went above and beyond to ensure our comfort – even leaving a powerful modern heater for us, although the apartment was already wonderfully warm despite the freezing winter outside. It feels great to stay in a place where the host genuinely cares about the guest experience. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay

We stayed as a family with a small child (5 years old). Unfortunately, the apartment did not meet basic living and safety requirements. Despite the freezing outdoor temperatures (approximately –23°C), the apartment was extremely cold. We were forced to stay indoors wearing winter jackets. As a result of these conditions, our child has become ill. In addition, the furniture was old and unstable. While sitting on a kitchen chair in normal use, my husband fell when the chair collapsed underneath him. He fell onto his back and sustained a back injury. The chair was clearly worn out or improperly maintained (loose or weakened screws). This incident occurred during ordinary use, not due to misuse. Witnesses to this incident are: - myself, Liene Kiviča - Raivis Viduskalns, resident of Ogre There was also an incident where a drink spilled on the carpet due to a champagne bottle unexpectedly foaming. Such minor cleaning matters are a normal responsibility of the property owner after guests leave and do not justify further financial claims. As a result of this stay: - we were exposed to unsafe cold living conditions - our child became ill - my husband suffered a physical injury - the property owner is now attempting to demand money from us for the broken chair, despite the fact that it failed due to wear and poor maintenance and caused injury We believe it is unacceptable to accommodate guests — especially families with children — in unsafe, freezing conditions, and then attempt to charge them additional money after such incidents. We kindly request Booking.com to: - review this case thoroughly - protect us from unjustified financial claims - consider appropriate compensation for the unsafe and unsuitable accommodation conditions

It is just plain bad. Living room stinks old sweat , urine and odecolon. Dirty, beat up. Just terrible.

Our team had a wonderful stay at the apartment. The accommodation is spacious, well equipped and communication with our host was always quick and effective. We will not hesitate to stay here again if we need housing in the area. Thank you for everything!

Apartment located next to the stadium , not to far from shops . Ogre is beautiful town . Apartment had all what I needed.
