Surrounded by hills and greenery, Relais Cocci Grifoni - Panoramic Wine Resort features a heated outdoor pool, free WiFi access and a covered terrace with air conditioning, overlooking the countryside.The centre of Offida is a 10-minute drive away. “Unforgettable and somewhere we already want to return to”
We had a fantastic stay at Cocci Grifoni. This was our first time to the Marche region and it was absolutely beautiful. This property had everything we needed - very nice and comfortable rooms, a fantastic breakfast, amazingly kind and helpful staff (thank you Paolo, Eliana, and Marilena!), and more. We especially loved the views, the two pools, and the wonderful tasting menu we had for dinner.

“Beautiful Place”
This place is a paradise - the dining area, the rooms, the garden, the outdoor areas topped by the amazing infinity pool, the friendly staff...all perfect! The silence and tranquility makes it a perfect place to unwind and relax, perhaps enjoying a wine (or 2) they produce, admiring the magnificent view. We initially chose the Resort for only 1 night stay, but decided to return for 2 more nights after visiting the nearby Umbria countryside. We would definitely return and suggest the Panoramic Wine Resort to anyone!

“Beautiful getaway that includes good wine and food in a worth to explore region.”
We had a great time at the Relais. The wines are very good and we enjoyed the food very much too. Very good staff always happy to accommodate any wishes. Ideal to relax in a quiet ambient and great base for excursions to the surrounding countryside, national parks and cities like ascoli Piceno, Grottammare, san Benedetto del Tronto, etc. We asked for restaurant recommendations either fish and meat and Marta provided a list for both (and we tried most of them and they were all really good restaurants!). We can highly recommend and would definitely come back in the future.

“Great views and lovely owner family”
We enjoyed our stay in our appartement Montepulciano at Relais Cocci Grifoni very much. Certainly one of the main reasons for that were the owner family and Arianna, who were very welcoming and hospitable. But also our appartement itself was spacious, well equipped and clean. The location of the winery is simply great: the view of the vineyards and hills from the panoramic terrace is breathtaking, even more so during sunrise. The beach is merely 20 minutes away (Grottammare) and we could see the mountains from our balcony. A big plus was the rich breakfast with good local products. I would also recommed having either dinner or the golden hour tasting on the panoramic terrace.

“Luxury stay worth all your €€”
- beautifully renovated since 2020 - 11 rooms on the resort, each paying tribute to the ancestors of the owners - very tasteful & modern refined style - very subtle & nice smell in rooms & sheets - quality products, as well for the food as for furniture & materials - beautiful infinity pool (approx 150 cm deep), although probably not heated (as written in the description) but nice enough - astonishing surroundings (mainly vineyards) 360 degrees - very kind & helpful kitchen & cleaning personnel - amazing homemade breakfast: you choose every evening for the next morning from a list of possibilities (COVID-safe + reducing waste): ricotta with honey, yoghurt, fresh sliced fruit, fresh natural juices (watermelon, carrot & ginger, orange,…), homemade cakes & biscuits, cheese & meat, 4 different types of egg dishes - served in your room or on the terrace - choices between 2 very tasty, fresh pasta dishes for lunch (9€), changes daily - fixed lunch & pool food available (5-14€), like carpaccio, toast, couscous, ricotta & tomato salad,… - possibility to order from this menu at noon to eat at night - possibility to order wine, cocktails (gin tonic, NA, mojito), juice until 7PM - COVID-rules well respected - quiet & peaceful - good WiFi coverage - large room with high ceiling - big shower - free toiletries from Votary - free pool towels - great king sized bed - little wine fridge in the room, as well as kitchen sink and double hob to brew some coffee on - kettle & tea available in the room - little Bialetti (coffee brewer) available in the room (but no coffee) - plates, glasses and cutlery available but no cooking pots, so impossible to cook yourself or to heat food up - very good daily cleaning - easy to handle & good working air conditioning - 3 types of curtains so you can manage the intensity of the light - nature = insects, so bring some repellent and Fenistil!

“Amazing stay. Highly recommended.”
The location was so idyllic. The pool setting and panoramic views of the surrounding hills and vineyards was out of this world, the perfect setting for a rural Italian holiday. You cannot get bored in a place like this. The accommodation is very tastefully refurbished and facilities modern and generally a great ambience. Hosts and staff very welcoming and helpful. We were lucky to experience their first dinner on the terrace and the food and wine was incredible. We had a wonderful 5 nights staying here and didn't want to leave!!
