Clean modern new property and rooms. Everything you need for a comfortable stay and sleep. Very well thought of room with all that you need and smart spaces to store your things. Only a short wall from centre.

“Terrible staff”
Terrible staff at the reception. Didn’t understand the language well (English) and also not helpful from a humane perspective. Given it’s a global chain, multiple people should not have to explain what they need. Also very late in checking messages and not being of any help. One of the trains got cancelled and I reached out to them late evening - instead they cancelled my booking and didn’t even acknowledge my need for support.

Very convenient close to the station. We used it as a basis for touring the Black forest and some parts of France. Breakfast was very good.👌
