The room was new, great bed, great ventilation with a working Thermostat, so the room nice and warm... Great room rate... So excellent value for money and my breakfast was included!! Nice, and appreciated.

The S-bhan is not operating at the moment. Need to get replacement busss - which is fine, but getting a ticket for the replacement bus is an issue. Pick these up at the central station, office hours, when coming into Frankfurt.

“We recommend staying here as we couldn’t of have spent our New Year’s Eve better while staying in this hotel. We will be”
We had a room on the top floor with a balcony view. The rooms were really clean and spacious with a great bathroom. The beds were really comfortable, and we had an amazing nights sleep. We had a problem with our booking, however this was resolved quickly and efficiently by a member of the manager team. The customer service in the hotel is amazing as the team are very kind. The breakfast was ok and you can make your own small pancakes :)

The facility is very pleasant to stay in. The staff is very friendly and leaves the impression of a safe and pleasant stay at the hotel. We especially highlight the kindness of Elena and Oscar. Wonderful young people, professional, kind and hospitable. We recommend the facility, these shortcomings are negligible if we consider how pleasant and kind the staff is!
