“Great apatment”
Spacious, comfortable and perfectly clean apartment in a rustic style. Well-equipped kitchen, sauna, private ski box, ski room with ski boot dryer and covered parking space. The journey to Kühtai takes about 20 minutes by car, the bottom station of the Hochöetz cable car is about 3 minutes. Good communication with Karin from Myalps who speaks perfect English. We enjoyed our holiday very much and would love to return.

“Good stay, good value”
Clean, well located, comfortable beds. The kitchen was more than sufficient to cook for the family. Sauna was very nice.

“Great place to stay! Comfortable, cozy, clean and in an excellent location”
We arrived at the place and the lady who works there (and live acros the street) came and showed us the apartments, where the keys are, where to park, she showed that there is a small storage room for each apartment and everything you need to know. Gregor the manager called and checked that everything was fine and the next morning he stopped by to say hello and also gave us excellent recommendations for trips in the area. The place has collaborations in the area and you can get discounts on all kinds of attractions in the area. Leno Gregor left with booking tickets to aqua dome and saved us money. The apartments are very comfortable, well-equipped, clean, and there are enough towels (in most other places they charge extra for towels). There is a washing machine and a dryer. The apartments are in a great location for those who want to travel in the Otzal area. The town of Oetz is within walking distance, there are beautiful hiking trails in nature to Lake Piburger, which is very close to the property, the town of Imst is a short drive away, as well as Umhausen and Stuibenfall, Aqua Dome and many other options for a variety of activities and trips in the area. Highly recommended! Great value for the price.

Very beautiful apartment in a great location with a lovely welcoming staff. We had a great five nights at this property. The apartment was clean with all the amenities that needed. Wish we come back very soon.
