Overview
Located at 1,800 metres above sea level on a south-facing slope, Berghotel & Gasthof Marlstein offers panoramic views of the Ötz Valley. It has a sauna, a children's playroom and playground. The Alpine-style rooms feature mountain views, satellite TV, and a bathroom. Most have a balcony. A buffet breakfast is available every morning, and Tyrolean dishes are served in the restaurant. The owner himself offers guided hiking tours, there are lots of activities for children, and you can also try rafting, canyoning and many more adventure sports. In winter, you can take advantage of the free shuttle bus to the ski lifts of the Hochoetz Ski Area, with 30 km of slopes. The Gasthof Marlstein is located in the Neder Valley, a 10-minute drive from the Ötz Valley and the A12 motorway. You can park your car for free on site.

“Wonderful hotel in a beautiful location”
This hotel is in a beautiful location, and is clean and modern inside, The family and staff are friendly, welcoming and very helpful. The food is beautiful, with a wide choice at breakfast and high quality, locally sourced, dinners. As a coeliac, I need to eat gluten free food with no cross contamination, and I was brilliantly catered for all week, with equally well presented and cooked meals as my gluten-eating husband. We had a wonderful week in this lovely hotel.

“Perfect. Nothing else to add”
Every member of staff we encountered was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. We had several short notice requests such as a birthday cake for our girls and special requests for one fussy eater and all were met with a smile and a no problem attitude. The hotel was spotless and as for the location it is absolutely breathtaking. Lots of activities for kids and the farm animals were a particular hit.

Very nice host and family. Willing to help with every request. Wonderful view and spacious room. Wonderful buffet in the morning and in the evening plus choice of main dish. Beautiful new rooms. Would love to come back

Everything!! It's the perfect place for couples and families.. First of all, the view was spectacular! The room was super clean, breakfast and dinner were amazing. The staff was kind and willing to help with every request! We enjoyed our stay here and definitely will recommend and hopefully be back in the future!

“Perfect place for relaxation and adrenaline”
Everything was amazing! Rooms are very clean. They change towels everyday and tide up your room. The food was exceptional! You could choose from different kinds of meniu: normal, vegetarian or kids menu. The host and the employees treated you like an old friend. You have a spectacular view, a lot of hike routes, and many animals to enjoy on the farm.
