Beautiful, clean, comfortable and modern. The complimentary bottle of wine in the fridge and selection of teas and ground coffee were a lovely touch.

“Very pleasant stay”

Hotel is on 5min walk from the ski lift. Warm swimming pool & sauna. The apartment was very clean and had some basic amenities (dish washer pods, coffee, tea). Sound proofing in the apartment is fantastic so we slept very well. Staff was very friendly.

Fantastic place to stay. Beds were very comfortable and place was very clean. Apartments are much bigger than they look online. Even though it was busy, it was quiet and my husband is a light sleeper and slept soundly. Pool and spa, are really great and work for both families and adults. We also made use of the restaurant which you can get delivered to your apartment, was delicious! The staff were really friendly and helpful. We were there for a ski holiday and location was perfect. We were travelling as a family and travel a lot through the year and we loved it here.

“Beautiful resort with potential, but disappointing attention to detail”

The resort looks luxurious and modern, with a beautiful design and great location close to the cable car and town center. The lady at the reception was very friendly and helpful, clearly explained everything and made check-in easy. Cleaning staff were also kind and always greeted us, which created a pleasant atmosphere. The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped, and the idea of connecting buildings through underground corridors is very convenient. The combination of indoor and outdoor heated pools is excellent — it’s rare to see such a well-thought-out setup. The cold outdoor plunge pool after sauna was also great and refreshing.

The place was nice and clean. I must say that I was so disappointed to find out on the 4th night that the other room breakfast was with no vegetables and the next day I was told that it was because I didn’t order vegetables for the other room and moreover I found out that I could choose a different breakfast every day. When I was complaining that no one even spoke to me about the breakfast and that probably the man in the check in forgot to tell me about it and chose for me, the lady in the front desk told me “so why didn’t you ask.” As if it was my fault. It was so unkind and so non service kind of reaction that I was truly angry and felt cheated. I would complain to booking

Fantastic, great apartment, fully equipped with everything you need, with very spacious living space. The staff was welcoming and super helpful, separate thank you to Albena for the warm welcome and recommendations. Location of the hotel was perfect for us to visit Solden and Innsbruck, we enjoyed the surrounding area, the swimming pool. The restaurant downstairs served delicious food and the staff treated our kids so well.

From the very first moment we arrived, our experience at All Suite Resort Ötztal was nothing short of outstanding — and the main reason for that was *Ivan* at the reception. Ivan is, without a doubt, the best hotel representative we have ever met. He always welcomed us with the warmest smile, spoke with impeccable politeness, and explained every single detail with endless patience, no matter how many questions we had. His first greeting when we checked in was simply perfect — a true example of what world-class hospitality should look like. Throughout our entire stay, Ivan went above and beyond in every possible way. He recommended the best attractions in the area, guided us smoothly through the check-in process, and made sure we fully understood everything. Every time he saw us, he greeted us warmly, smiled, and made us feel like valued guests — not just customers. What impressed us most was that Ivan cared about one thing only: that we could relax and enjoy our holiday without a single worry. He was available at any time, always ready to help, even with things not directly related to the hotel. On one occasion, he even surprised us with a plate of dried fruits by the pool — such a thoughtful touch, completely beyond what anyone would expect. When a small issue came up with our window, Ivan immediately arranged for it to be fixed within minutes. On top of that, he gifted us a bottle of wine as an apology — even though we never had to wait or be inconvenienced at all. That gesture alone shows how dedicated he is to giving guests the absolute best experience. And beyond Ivan’s incredible service, the hotel itself was amazing. Our suite was beautiful, with breathtaking mountain views. The pool was perfect for relaxing, and the location couldn’t be better — with at least twenty major attractions within just a few minutes’ drive. The village nearby is charming, but honestly, we could have stayed in the resort the whole time and been just as happy.

The pool is a game changer. We finished every day in the pool the was opened until late. Nice to have a restaurant in, and so close supermarket. All facilities in the apartment were super.
