We pretty much had the whole place to ourselves, 2 other rooms were occupied but we didn't see the guests. All was clean, easy and comfortable. Very well equipped kitchen also.

“Kinda good, for a short time stay (studio)”
Everything was very easy and very clear. All the crew is very nice and answered really fast. The location is kinda good, 10 minutes walk from the train station so that's interesting. You're like 3 min from the beach which is suuuuper nice. The room wasn't wide but comfy enough.

Practical location, not far from the train station and 5 minutes from the castle. The price is very fair for what you get.

“Feel like home”
The staff that clean the place is very friendly & helpful. The place is very cosy & relaxing. We enjoyed the space, homely feeling and comfort. Good laundry area. Near to the beach & amenities. The soba shop that is just opposite is highly recommended too.

Perfect location, bus stops for Hakone and Odawara station are in front of the house. A small cozy guest house for a very good price.

“A good place if you want to save money and doesn't care too much about comfort”
It's a cheap option if you want to visit Hakone. It's walkable from the train station (10min walking). They provided a tour guide to suggest places to go in Hakone. The beds were big. The shared living room and kitchen are nice.
