The staffs are super helpful and friendly! Hotel is clean, good location, quiet, and near to the Odawara Castle that we wanted to go! During the sakura season just a 5-7mins walking distance and you will see an incredible sakura view near to the Castle. There are bikes available to rent at the hotel too.

Perfect location both near the central station and the castle, yet on a quiet street. The appartment was really comfortable and unusually large for Japan. The futons were really nice as well. The staff was nice and helpful.

This hotel is a perfect blend of traditional Japanese style and the latest fashionable furnishings, offering exceptional comfort and convenient transportation. We ate a meal we cooked ourselves, cleaned our dirty clothes from our long trip, and enjoyed the feeling of being at home. It's just a pity we shouldn't have stayed a few more days.

Very spacious appartment for Japan incl. Futon Beds and traditionell bathroom. We enjoyed the Futon beds. Washing Maschine also available in the room. Very clean and super good location only 5 min to the train Station and the castle.

The apartment was very well equipped and very very clean. The traditional Japanese Futons for sleeping were very comfortable. The location was good only 5 minutes walk from Odawara station and 2 minutes to Odawara Castle and park.

Clean, fully equipped with modern Japanese facilities. Would like to stay longer next tome to try cooking a meal using ingredients from local market

Loved staying here. A great place, great staff, view of the castle. The futons are cool but a little thin, theres plenty to double up though :) recommend!

Amazing staff, we were able to leave our luggages after checking out, its beautiful view of Odawara Castle, their daily change of fresh and fluffy white towels.

The residence is clean and full of Japanese style, especially the Tatami, there was even guide book teach us how to make the bed. Otherwise, the host is hospitable and can communicate in English.

It's location- about a 10 min ealk to Odawara Station. Easy self check in. Apartment is spaciious n very clean n comfortable.

Super friendly staff (esp. the Japanese man) who grant us all our wishes (early checkin, arranged daily cleaning and luggage storage after check out). Perfect location close to the train station, the castle , and all the shops and restaurants. Most importantly, the apartment offers more than what you expect from a hotel (ready to use washing machine with dryer, all the cooking utensils, TV with Netflix etc.).

Was like a whole apartment, and was excellent to have a washing machine inside the room. Some lovely traditional touches. Close to Odawara Castle
