Overview
The Hilton Odawara Resort & Spa boasts 10 types of swimming pools, indoor and outdoor natural hot spring baths and many relaxation and recreation facilities. All rooms have panoramic views of the ocean while karaoke rooms and a children’s playground are on-site. Free shuttles run to/from Nebukawa and Odawara Station. Guests at Hilton Odawara Resort & Spa take studio exercise programs at the fitness centre, play a game of golf at the 18-hole course, or relax with a massage treatment. The hotel features indoor and open air hot spring baths, a bowling centre and a jogging track in lush nature. Concierge services are available and free WiFi is available at the lobby. The lobby lounge serves beverages and light meals daily, and a dessert buffet on the weekends, while Brasserie Flora serves breakfast and a themed lunch buffet, as well as a kaiseki (traditional multi-course) and Western course dinners and a wine buffet. Modern and cosy rooms come with sea views through floor-to-ceiling windows, comfortable beds and a seating area. Some have a balcony, and all rooms are fitted with an LCD TV, a fridge and a safe. Bathrobes and toiletries are provided. Hilton Odawara Resort & Spa offers a complimentary shuttle to/from Nebukawa Station in 5 minutes, and on weekdays only to/from Odawara Station in 20 minutes. Odawara Station offers a 20-minute train to Hakone and a 35-minute shinkansen bullet train to Tokyo Station. This hotel has been awarded the 2015 TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence Award.

“Excellent Hotel on All Levels”
Price: Moderate / Reasonable for a 5-star Hotel €333/night for Superior Twin Room w/ Half Board. Staff: Very professional and courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. English-speaking abilities of staff in general very good too compared to other Hotels. Room: Spacious, everything working as it should and very clean. Did not use TV though. Very comfortable bed. "Japanese-style" bed & table area. Lighting: Excellent Lighting. 👌🏻 Access: Very good, lifts from ground level to all Rooms. Breakfast: Buffet style including English, and very attentive staff. Aesthetics: Very good WiFi: Very good and secure Security: Very good. Reception 24/7: Yes Parking: Ample free parking available Payment: Full Payment after stay, excellent. Other Hotels charge this well-ahead of stay.

“Nice but Pricey”
Facilities were exceptional, they have catered for all ages with activities. Staff were lovely, room was clean and relatively comfortable. The Siene Spa was absolutely beautiful.

“Amazing hotel with spectacular views”
The hotel is located on top of a hill with spectacular views over the ocean. The swimming pools and onsen are amazing and super relaxing. Staff is very helpful and super friendly. Breakfast is very nice although we would have loved to see a bit more Western food. We stayed there twice in ine week. The second time we got an upgrade to an amazing suite with a seperate tatami room.

“A place to relax in comfort and to enjoy the gorgeous outdoors and indoors as well.”
The spacious well-maintained grounds and facilities are quite welcoming ; despite being large the lobby is furnished with enough comfortable chairs ,sofas that rugs that somehow makes one warm and at home. The room was well equipped with a spacious bathroom.

“Beyond 5 stars experience”
I know Hilton has been providing excellent service in hospitality industry. Hilton Odawara did it even better this time! I was going to Osaka from Odawara and needed help to ship my luggage over to an unmanned apartment. Siyeon, Ito and Goto has been really helpful to make sure I know what to expect and what details needed and what I need to do for receiving my baggage. Thanks so much Hilton Odawara!
