The location was perfect with tight security. Keith was attentive and worked hard to resolve any issues that were brought to his attention. The size of the property was spacious and beds comfy.. plenty of towels and fresh bed linen.

We stayed at two lovely villas side by side as a family of seven, and it was the perfect setup for us. Both villas were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed—from cooking utensils to washing facilities. The homes are located in a secure, gated community, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. The area felt very safe, and the location was ideal for getting around and exploring. Keith was a fantastic host—professional, responsive, and incredibly patient as we navigated our own issues. He swiftly ironed out any minor concerns and always made sure we were comfortable. Jason was also great to interact with—friendly, professional, and quick to assist when needed. Both Keith and Jason were always on hand and made the experience feel seamless. The on-site LFA Country Store was a huge convenience, stocking most essentials you’d need during your stay. Keith also shared helpful local recommendations, including places to eat and visit. I personally recommend the Rooftop Bar & Grill in Salem—the next town over—for a great meal with a view. Puerto Seco Beach is another great option—a beautiful private beach located about 30 minutes away and well worth the trip. As an added bonus, Keith also offers car rentals at a great price, which makes getting around even easier. Would definitely recommend Jamnick Vacation Rentals and would happily stay again!

Location! It’s was in a safe and relatively quiet area, with easy access to main towns.

The accommodation was absolutely beautiful and amazing met all our needs good quality perfect environment for a relaxing holiday would definitely come again. It was a bit difficult to communicate with the manager as he was unable to take the payment through his devise on his side and I had to complete the payment myself via booking.com .it all worked out in the end .

The house is very big, the air conditioner worked very well and all rooms and the living room have their own AC unit. The kitchen was fully dotated and had a full size refrigerator. The rooms are confy and the bathrooms also. The only point to improve are the the showerheads on both bathroom were very old and does not work well, but besides this small point everything was great. The unit in which the house is located is very big, so I suggest you rent a car to really enjoy the town, beaches and move to the pool or the small supermarket at the entrance.

My little family of 3 absolutely loved every minute and everything about this condo. The location was superb, not too far from Ochi by car and with some good amenities close by. The complex is large but very clean, beautifully maintained and with some great neighbours/ locals. On site we loved using the pool, walking around the gardens and I even managed to pay for a tennis lesson with a visiting coach at the onsite court which was an added bonus as it wasn't very expensive but it was very good. The living room was cosy, the balcony was a great size and the bedrooms were perfect. It was wonderful to have washing facilities in the property and the kitchen was stocked well, with appliances and tools needed to prepare most dishes, even a blender which is rare in a European villa or condo rental. I raved about this place from the moment we arrived until recently and I will always tell people of our wonderful experience because it can be so hard to find the right place for your needs when travelling with a small child. Additionally Jamaica is also difficult because we are often fearful of being away from the tourist traps due to the scaremongering, so the hotels and the all inclusive places appear so enticing but if like us you want to experience a bit more authenticity in the country, not be bound to a hotel for weeks and would like some freedom then this is perfect. Your safety is not compromised, the security on site is super tight and everything you need, including a supermarket that opens on a Sunday also is right there. Keith and Jason were so friendly, professional and helpful and I was so happy that I made the choice to stay there and we will definitely be going back.
