I loved how we were able to disconnect from our devices and reconnect with nature. We left feeling refreshed and renewed. Mr. Bowman, the caretaker, was also super friendly and helpful. The host, Ricardo also helped my partner and I out of a bind with our vehicle and he even took us to explore a river. Really appreciate him going above and beyond, even after we had checked out. 10/10 across the board. Will definitely be returning.

We did have choose the breakfast option as we are picky eaters. We loved how in touch we felt with nature and how quiet it was. Bowman was very attentive. He even got me cocoa to eat and fire wood for us to light up the jerk pan.

“A true escape, simple yet beautiful comfort.”
I enjoyed how much of an escape it was. It was remote but not too far from nearby city. The amenities has a rustic but modern feel and were very appealing to the eye. The interior design was suited for comfort and also for a few days of simple living.

“It’s a beautiful place to be if you like spending quiet time in nature.”
We loved spending time with Mr Bowman, he was so generous and showed us around, sharing his knowledge with us about plants and animals. He made us feel very safe, welcome and comfortable. Communication was great. It’s an amazing house in an amazing setting. The beds are like pillows and very comfy. The road is rough getting there but we managed it slowly in a small car. Make sure to follow their instructions to get there.

“Absolute solitude.”
The place was extremely nice. Clean crisp air .outside of the busy area. The cottage was clean and comfy. Felt very much like home. Loved that they had everything needed to be comfortable evwn though we were prepared. Loved the sound of the river and waking up to the sound of the birds in the morning. Absolute solitude.
