Security was available at my arrival excellent service showed me to my room (even though I’ve been here before) the apartment is just so clean and amazing and comfortable I would give it 6🌟out of 5 or 11🌟out of 10

Our host , Dulcia, was very helpful throughout our stay and we really appreciated the welcome pack of breakfast food and coffee. The apartment was very comfortable, the bed very large and pillows very good. The kitchen was well equipped and had a large and very cold fridge freezer . The pool and the sea bathing pool were excellent even though the sea pool was a bit pebbly at the edges, needed shoes for getting in. The gardens and area around the pool were very well maintained. The staff were really helpful and the security excellent. The 'route taxis' were very good and cheap for getting in and out of Ocho Rios. If we came again I think we would hire a car as the route taxis were a lot less frequent at night. The Mahogany beach was good, affordable and had food.

While an older property, it was very charming. Apt 9 was a welcome riot of colours and comfy furniture. Everything a person would want was there. The property itself had a lovely pool area and an even better grass and private beach area. It was a very relaxed vibe where I could just chill.

The apartment I stayed in was superb Dulcia is the perfect host who thinks about everything you will need and provides it so it’s already there when you arrive. It is so comfortable here. I could move in and live with no Problem whatsoever If i could rate this property 20/10 even that does not do it justice. I recently had the pleasure of staying at this cozy apartment in Jamaica, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. The place itself was incredibly comfortable and had a welcoming atmosphere that made it feel like a home away from home. One of the highlights was the excellent access to the beach. The apartment is just a few steps away from a beautiful lagoon that offers fantastic snorkeling spots. To make things even better, snorkeling gear was conveniently provided at the apartment, allowing us to fully enjoy the underwater wonders without any hassle. The host was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, always available to answer questions and provide assistance whenever needed. Their warm hospitality truly enhanced our experience, making it a memorable vacation. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Jamaica!

This appartment is so perfect and very comfortable. There were very nice decorations which made us felt home and it's very clean. De bed felt very comfortable and is big. There are a few restaurants and a supermarket on the other side of the road..The location was perfect, approx 15 min from Ocho Rios. There is a swimmingpool and you can swim in the sea. We'll definitely come back if we are in Ocho Rios again. We had a nice contact with Dulcia, the owner of the appartment.

The proximity with the Ocean is so relaxing. I liked also the equipment in the apartment. Nothing was missing. The bed is very comfy, the AC works well and the water is hot. I liked also the host which is very kind, responsive and will always find a way to ease your stay.

snorkel beach, swimming pool

A very quite and peaceful place only 10mins drive from Ocho Rios city centre (and close to Blue Hole too!). Great appartment on the first floor with cosy terrace with pool and seaview. We spent a fortnight here and really enjoyed ourselves. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The private beach was also great to have a swim or enjoy the sunrise/set. Everything was also very clean (gardener, pool man, and the cleaning ladies of course) There's a small supermarket and bar just across the street but in case you want more choice for yourself, visit Ocean Village supermarket in Ocho. Definitely a place to consider on my next travel to Jamaica! The peace we were looking for.

She sent door code ahead of time, and there was also someone at front desk who walked us to room to make sure we got in. The room was exactly as pictured and had instructions and housekeepers contact information. She was honest that most of the beach has washed away, but property is still beautiful, and great pool and great for photos.
