I couldn't understand the lady on the phone to try and confirm our reservation. She said we didn't have a reservation. And now I was charged for a room we didn't get to experience. Not a happy person. I feel me and my wife should be compensated with a free room . I doubt that will happen. There was no email updates about our reservation that's why I called. I got no help, no call back to confirm our reservation

“Family and Budget friendly”
Was a wonderful balance of comfort and economy. We had a great time, the staff was super friendly and helpful and we would for sure stay here again. It was a great option for our family and budget friendly.
