“Rooms are not properly cleaned”
When I first went to room pulled the sheets off bed there was two spiders in bed also I killed another bug that was on the bed don't know what it was also hair all over the sheets human hair

“If you’re able to spend a little more to stay somewhere else I would.”
Conveniently located close to a bus stop for easy traveling & within walking distance to several restaurants to eat breakfast & lunch. Activities such as mini golf & shopping are close also. The king bed was comfortable & had plenty of pillows.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating to anything you ask them for. The pool was kept up on cleaning pretty much every day of our 5 day stay. Right across the Coastal Highway from the beach and an awesome boardwalk bar, Riptidez. 7/11 also right next door. Two downsides, no ice machine on the property and the "balcony rooms" share a door with the rooms on the opposite side and you can hear and smell EVERYTHING. Other than that it's a great, cheap spot to drop your stuff, lay your head, and hit OCMD all day!

On several occasions there was no hot water. Contacted the front desk and maintance was supposed to look into it. We never heard anything.
