Overview
Alpenresidenz am Mühlbach is an apartment house in an idyllic and quiet location in the centre of Obergurgl, offering an exceptionally pleasant and friendly ambience and breathtaking mountain views. All apartments are light-flooded and combine modern comfort with traditional cosiness. They have a fully equipped kitchenette, bedlinen and towels. Fresh bread rolls can be delivered to your apartment from Monday to Saturday on requests. The sauna can be used free of charge in winter 5 times a week.The sauna is not included during summer. In summer, numerous hiking trails can be found in the surroundings, while in winter the slopes and the ski school are located right next to Alpenresidenz. The ski bus stop is only 70 metres away. From late May to mid-October, the Ötztal Premium Card is included in the rate. This card offers many free benefits and discounts, including free use of local cable cars and buses.

Very close to bus stop and ski lift (albeit up a short, very steep slope). Lovely clean apartment, great ski/boot room and garage parking. The owner was very friendly and helpful.

“An excellent apartment for families, very clean and good location”
Very clean, comfortable and spacious apartment. Having toilets seperate to the bathrooms was great. Handy location to choose which lift to go up each morning, very close to bus stop though the steep road when walking down after skiing was a little nerve wracking to start with but we became comfortable with it as the days went on. Sauna area very clean and pleasant. Very helpful and friendly managers. Highly recommend!

Apartment was perfect for Family Ski group. Very Spacious and well equipped. We loved the Sauna/Spa facilities and used them every day! one of Obergurgl's small supermarkets was a short walk away. The Breakfast delivery service the Hosts provide was also great - as long as you remember to get you order in on time!

“Great spot for a ski trip”
The location is great and good value for money. Staff was very accommodating allowing for early check in and late check out. Close to bus stops and not far from the nearest lift. It is a bit of a walk to the lift but easy to get to. They have great facilities and a wellness area with a sauna and steam room which was well needed after a long day skiing.

Excellent location. Very thoughtfully appointed rooms. Beds were very comfortable. Separate WC from bathroom and the bathroom had a bath. Son liked game board in reception. Fresh breakfast rolls can be ordered each day. Help with reserving restaurants.

Very close location to the slopes (just walk up the hill and cross the road). Apartment is very clean and comfortable and host are very friendly. We also appreciated the Brötchenservice with fresh bread rolls delivered to our door (you can even order more groceries if you wish to).

The owners of this establishment are super friendly and helpful and kindly upgraded my room which was a lovely surprise. Everywhere was immaculate, and the double room of good size. There is an underground garage where I was allowed to park my motorbike free off charge. Would highly recommend

The apartment was excellent, everything was clean, the kitchen was really well equipped, the bathrooms and the showers were great and the apartments layout was perfect. The owners, Angelika and Mario were really kind and helpful with all of our questions. The optional breakfast service is a life saver, especially on Sundays.
