Surrounded by the Ötztal Alps, 4 Sterne Superior Mühle Resort 1.900 in Obergurglfeatures a 1,300 m² spa area with an indoor pool, a panoramic terrace with an outdoor hot tub, 9 different saunas, 3 relaxation rooms. Free WiFi is available in the entire hotel. Children from the age of 14 years can be accommodated. Book the gourmet a la carte dinner in advance and choose your favorite culinary highlights from our weekly changing a la carte menu. The regional breakfast with regional and homemade delicacies as well as small snacks in the afternoon are still included in the room rate. Rooms at the 4 Sterne Superior Mühle Resort 1.900 in Obergurgl have a balcony, a safe, a flat-screen satellite TV, and a bathroom with bathrobes and a hairdryer. Spa facilities include various saunas, relaxation rooms and an indoor pool. The Spa Lounge with buffet offers fruit and wellness-snacks as well as tea and cold beverages are available free of charge. Massages and beauty treatments are also available at a surcharge. A gym room can be used in the annex. Business facilities and a meeting room for up to 30 people can be booked in advance. MÜHLE VIP Shuttle is daily available from 08.30am to 07.00pm and takes you to Obergurgl (Carat- main bus station) and Hochgurgl (for skiers to the Hochgurgl-bottom-station

“Overpriced and Unprofessional - Avoid at all cost”
Our stay at Mühle Resort 1900 was deeply disappointing and not at all what we expected from a hotel with a ****S rating. Here’s why: 1. Grossly Overpriced The price we paid was shockingly inflated. Even the local tourism office mentioned that the rates charged by this hotel were nearly double what they would expect for a property of this category during the holiday season. For such a high price, we expected top-tier service and accommodations, but what we received was far from it. 2. Substandard Room Quality The room was nowhere near the quality advertised. It lacked the refinement and attention to detail you’d expect from a hotel charging premium prices. 3. Unprofessional and Hostile Behavior When we calmly raised concerns about the quality of our stay, the management was dismissive and even went so far as to ban us from the restaurant. This hostile and punitive response made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. 4. False Accusations After we left the hotel early, they falsely accused us of being aggressive during our interactions. This is completely untrue, and we have recordings to prove our calm and respectful behavior. 5. A Total Misuse of Rating The hotel’s ****S rating does not reflect the reality of the service, pricing, or experience provided. It feels like a deliberate misuse of Booking.com’s platform to attract guests under false pretenses. We left after one night, unable to endure the poor service and hostile environment any longer. This hotel does not deserve its rating or the prices it charges. I strongly recommend avoiding it. I hope this review helps other travelers make a more informed decision and spares them from the frustration we experienced.

The food at the hotel was good, staff very friendly, helpful and attentive. The location provides good access to Obergurgl, Hochgurgl and Solden as it has a bus stop directly outside. On a slightly negative point, the WiFi at the hotel was unreliable, and with only 1 English TV channel (BBC1) it was not possible to stream other content when required
